STANDARD DELIVERY: (Monday – Saturday)
You should expect your parcel to be delivered in 2-5 working days after we've processed your order. We offer standard shipping at the rate of £3.95.
Free shipping is applicable on orders over £35.
EXPRESS DELIVERY: (Monday - Saturday)
In a hurry? Select the express shipping option and you'll receive your order in 1 working day after we've processed your order.
Express shipping will cost you £6.95.
Free express shipping will be automatically applied when your basket total is over £60.
Refund policy
At Sillyboo we pride ourselves with our products and services, so we offer a 100% money back guarantee on any defective item. If you think we have underperformed, or there is an issue with your order or items, please get in touch with us at info@sillyboo.co.uk .
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund, providing that your order hasn't been processed and shipped already. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, the default period for delivery is 30 days. This period is the maximum amount of time you should wait if you were given no delivery date. If we don't deliver within the time frame agreed, or by this 30-day period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please take into consideration our efforts to fulfill your order as we will not be offering exchanges or returns for products that you have changed your mind about.
Sillyboo does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased on sale or at discounted rates, unless faulty or damaged.
We take great care when storing, packaging and shipping your order. However, if you have received a damaged or faulty item, or an item is missing from your order, please get in touch within 5 working days from the delivery of your items. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange (stock allowing), the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and must be in their original condition and packaging. We're happy to help you with the process once you've notified us.
When returning an item (at your expense, unless faulty or damaged), please provide us with a copy of a proof of shipment receipt. Items that have been returned to us without prior notice will not be accepted.
Once we've received your item(s), we will complete an inspection and issue a refund on your original payment method or process an exchange, providing that we've approved your returned item(s). We will contact you once approved or if we need any further information. Please allow for 14 days to receive your refund/exchange from the date on the receipt of your proof of shipping.
