SILICONE OR BAMBOO?
Both Silly and Boo products are suitable from 6 months of age. Due to their strong suction base your child will be
able to hold on to the edges while self-feeding. Thanks to the Silly sippy-and-snack cup handles it is easier for babies who
just began their weaning journey to hold on to it, and although our Boo cup is petite and smooth might be tricky for
new learner to hold onto it. SIllyplates are also deeper than Boo plates, meaning mashed and lumpy foods may be better served in our silicone divider plates than Boo plates.

HOW TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF SILLYBOO PRODUCTS?
It is recommended that all Boo products are hand washed only.
Please keep in mind bamboo is not suitable for microwaves or ovens as extreme heat can damage these products.
To extend the lifespan of Boo products, we also recommend applying any food grade oil once a month - ensure the bowl is dry then use a cloth to apply a light coat of oil. Allow it to soak in for an hour or overnight. Wipe off the excess.
Do not leave any Boo products (including cuttlery) to soak in water for prolonged time.
Our Silly products are both oven and microwave safe.
Although Silly products are dishwasher safe, we recommend handwashing to prolong their lifespan and avoid hazardous particles from dishwasher tablets entering the material.
Good to know:
Research shows that although it is safe to reheat food in a microwave, it leads to the reduction of nutrients.
More tips:
Traditional steam sterilising is to be avoided for all Boo products. Instead, use sterilising wipes or spray.
Silly products are safe to sterilize at high temperatures.
When washing Boo products, remove the suction base to prevent mould build up.
To avoid odour and staining, wash all baby tableware as soon as possible. We understand that most of you will have a busy lifestyle so if it does happen, use baking soda or lime juice.
PLATE OR BOWL LOST ITS SUCTION POWER?
Sillyboo products should not lose their suction over time, and should stick to all surfaces. However, if you feel like the suction grip has lost strength over time, we have carried out a research on how to get a strong grip again. We have learned that sometimes the oils from food, dirt and dust prevents a strong suction grip. To improve suction of the base we recommend you follow these steps:
• Clean with soap and water
• Wet the inner perimeter with warm water to create a tighter seal
• Apply small amount if petroleum jelly to the inner perimeter
MY PRODUCT LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT'S ON SCREEN
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website. However, please keep in mind that our products are made of natural materials which may vary in colour and texture. Sometimes the lasering of logo may appear lighter or darker than the product on the website which is not due to a faulty item but a natural way bamboo absorbs the laser. We take great care to inspect our products before shipping, but we may at times miss a detail. If you receive an item that is not as shown on our website, please contact us at info@sillyboo.co.uk and we will do our best to correct things.
THE PRODUCT I HAVE RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED
If you are unhappy with any Sillyboo item for any reason, i.e manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a full refund. Please bare in mind that due to hygiene reasons our products cannot be exchanged. To be eligible for a refund the items must be unused, in the same condition that you have received them. In circumstances where an item was not returned or returned not in it’s original condition (not due to our error) only partial refund will be granted.
